The company is organized in two fundamental sections: development, and construction. The goals that we have in both areas, is to render personalized services in every step of the project, starting with the general construction to the detail construction.
Development:
This department has the purpose of achieving, depending on investment, the best functional and volumetric opportunities.
By functional, we mean the type of construction that it is intended to be realized, i.e. commercial, garage, apartments to rent, etc.
Volumetric means the best volume and use of the ground.
In both situations, everything is linked to the various constructions codes and especially to zoning.
The final product is intended to achieve the greatest architectural volume permitted in conjunction with the best possible economic use.
Construction:
With respect to this part, we take care of it in a very special manner, so that the contractors execute the work in strict adherence to the Documents of Construction. In case there are missing details, we take the necessary decisions to accomplish these details, so that the construction of the work is not delayed.
Our success rests fundamentally on our experience, we work exclusively with professionals specialized in Architecture and Engineering dedicated especially to the construction field, so that we achieve an optimum result of the final product. This is why in our company we only work with Architects and interior Designers, on the second level, we subcontract Engineers, buy they always have to be professionals.
On one side, an architecture office with professionals without experience in construction is very probable to not have the capacity to put the ideas into practice, consequently raising the time and final costs.
On the other side, a construction company managed exclusively by constructors will result in losing the importance of the architectural detail and the esthetic sense.
This is why it is so important for us to have the right professionals to come up with original ideas.
